FLIPTIX
A Flip on Ticket technology
There are so many different ticketing platforms available on the market, so I was interested in the FlipTix concept. It allows selling last-minute or leftover event tickets, with sellers earning rewards or cash. Transitioning the design from a basic startup feel to a modern ticketing app was the most enjoyable part. My main goal was to create a product that users would trust.
Modernizing the Brand
The branding update aimed to strengthen and enhance the strong connection the company has with its users while giving the brand a fresh, modern look.
Onboarding | Getting to know the user
Understanding the user was essential. It was important to know their current preferences and what they might like in the future through suggested notifications. For complex apps, guiding first-time users is crucial so they can grasp the main features.
Through on site research and talking to users using the app we acknowledged that combining these two elements during the onboarding process was the best approach.
Making the Purchase
Our primary goal from a purchasing perspective was to make the flow as seamless and straightforward as possible for the user, which would ultimately allow for a quick and efficient purchase experience.
Flip It
The hook that makes FlipTix different from other ticketing marketplaces is the fact that you can flip your
remaining time at an event for rewards or cash.
